States a dedicated home for their handmade work.

Our Story

I’m the sole proprietor behind Creative Community Market - USA.
Before this online market existed, I ran a brick‑and‑mortar
shop that opened in 2019, dedicated to supporting local handmade
artists and artisans.

The first few months were promising. Then the world changed.

The COVID era hit just as I was finding my footing, and like so
many small businesses, I struggled—hard. For years I fought to keep
the doors open, but eventually I made the difficult decision to close
the shop and step back.

During that pause, I went back to my own art. I painted, made
things with my hands, and thought long and hard about how I could
still champion artists and makers without four walls and a
storefront. For at least a year, the idea for this online marketplace
lived in my head and my notebooks while I researched, planned, and
refined the vision.

On June 1, 2026, I finally brought that vision to life and
launched CCM – USA —a fresh start with the same mission: support
American handmade.

Who I Am

I come to this work with a lifetime of grit, service, and
creativity.

I am:

• A patriot and U.S. Marine Corps
  veteran
  
• A former single mother and
  grandmother (now happily married!)
• A former factory worker
  
• A day care center teacher
  
• A house cleaner - my own business
• I have been self-run since 2015
  

Every role I’ve held has taught me the value of hard work,
resilience, and community. Those values are woven into this
marketplace.

I know what it means to make something with your hands, to put
your heart into your work, and to hope that someone out there will
see its value. That is why this isn’t just another e‑commerce
site to me. It’s a way to honor the people who create.
