One-of-a-Kind Items
All items created and sold directly by all Vendors within Creative Community Market - USA are strictly Final Sale. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Independent Vendor Products
Our platform hosts independent artisans who manage their own inventory and shop policies.

• Vendor Autonomy: Returns, refunds, and exchanges for third-party items are governed solely by the individual vendor's policy.
• Check Before Purchase: You must review the specific return policy listed on the product page prior to checkout.
• Default Rule: If a vendor fails to state a policy on their product page, the marketplace default is Final Sale / No Returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Platform-Wide)
If any item arrives damaged during transit or differs significantly from the description:

1. Contact support at support@ccm-usa.org within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
3. Verified transit damages or order errors will eligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of individual vendor policies.
